A course cannot take place if there are not enough participants; in the case of a cancellation on our part, all money sent will be reimbursed without reduction, at the latest 7 days before the start of the course, 30 days before the flight for travels abroad. In the case of a cancellation on your part, for whatever reason, less than 15 days before the start of the program (30 days for trips abroad), the money sent will not be reimbursed. If cancelled more than 15 days before (30 days for trips abroad) a cancellation fee of 200 Francs will be kept. Any participant that is absent at the beginning of a course without previous warning, who voluntarily leaves the course or who does not offer the necessary documents at the borders cannot claim any form of reimbursement. In the case of an accident or illness during the course, no reimbursement will be made. |

The professional insurance for mountain guides covers our civil responsibility as well as the costs of rescue for our clients in the whole of the Arc Alpin. We draw your attention to the fact that in the case of a non-fatal accident, our responsibility terminates once the patient or patients are admitted into the closest hospital. All the following costs in the hospital, (medical care, transfers, repatriation...) will be charged to the personal insurance policy of the injured person. Therefore, it is always preferable to take out an insurance policy offered by an alpine club or the equivalent of a "carte neige". You are reminded that a guide is responsible for the organization of a course and can for diverse reasons (weather conditions, snow conditions, safety, circumstances in the group..etc) be led to modify the planning or a route or course. High mountain pursuits, in summer or in winter, assumes an acceptance of the risks inherent in the environment. |

According to the courses, a precise or indicatives program is given; we shall try our utmost to achieve these programs. However, weather conditions could cause certain modifications. The guide or organization reserve the right to terminate a client’s participation in a course if his/her technical performance or physical fitness does not meet the required level. No reimbursement will be made. At best, she/he could be moved to another course taking place at the same time, providing that there is availability. We are able to organize day trips, private courses and trips, for groups of friends, business groups, holiday centers, clubs, families etc. |
