| Climb the Mont-Blanc |
|
In the imagination of any mountaineer, the Mount-Blanc occupies inevitably a privileged place. And not only because it is the climax of the chain, but also from what it represents by its history, its forms and its reputation of inaccessibility.
To succeed in reaching its summit, here are the keys of success: acclimatization with altitude, physical preparation and technique (cramponage), stable weather, observation of favorable snow conditions, good management of the rate/rhythm of functioning, optimal rest period division and choice of an adapted feeding.
If you feel ready: contact us! If you don't feel ready, choose the formula of a mountain course. In any case, if you have never used cramps, we will have to envisage, at least, to carry out a school of ice in order to transmit you the basic techniques of the cramponnage.
