The professional insurance for mountain guides covers our civil responsibility as well as the costs of rescue for our clients in the whole of the Arc Alpin.

We draw your attention to the fact that in the case of a non-fatal accident, our responsibility terminates once the patient or patients are admitted into the closest hospital. All the following costs in the hospital, (medical care, transfers, repatriation...) will be charged to the personal insurance policy of the injured person. Therefore, it is always preferable to take out an insurance policy offered by an alpine club or the equivalent of a "carte neige".

You are reminded that a guide is responsible for the organization of a course and can for diverse reasons (weather conditions, snow conditions, safety, circumstances in the group..etc) be led to modify the planning or a route or course.

High mountain pursuits, in summer or in winter, assumes an acceptance of the risks inherent in the environment.
